Partnership brings power in numbers

GeoNorth values the Partners we have aligned ourselves with over the years. And we continue to seek out those which will provide value, and have client satisfaction as their number one priority. Our perspective on partnerships is one of mutual cooperation and responsibility. These alliances must have the core goals of providing our clients with the following:

  • State-of-the-art Technology solutions
  • Information Technology solutions that not only meet our clients immediate needs, but ones that are also flexible enough to adapt to fluid market conditions, changing client needs, and have the ability to integrate change quickly and efficiently
  • A staff dedicated to continuous learning and development
  • Taking ownership of corrective actions and results
  • Unsurpassed quality and reputation in the Information Technology industry

All of this serves to further cement our belief that success is derived from relationships. Relationships with our clients, our employees, and our Partners.

CSDC Systems

GeoNorth formed a business partnership with CSDC Systems Inc. in 2003 to provide GIS visualization tools for their AMANDA product line. The agreement involves the use of CityMap and MapOptix, two products from the acknowledged industry leader in map-enabling database systems. CSDC has incorporated GeoNorth's CityMap and MapOptix products into its AMANDA enterprise software.

CSDC Systems Inc. provides industry leading enterprise business solutions for local, regional and state governments. Our products empower jurisdictions to be masters of their own destiny, by allowing them to rapidly change the product to meet their needs. This is possible because our solutions use an innovative data driven architecture that supports rapid development and information sharing across the enterprise.

ESRI

GeoNorth became an ESRI Business Partner, Developer, and Reseller in 1994. We were the first ESRI Business Partner to benchmark SDE with Oracle Workgroup Server. We were one of the first vendors to implement integrated database and GIS applications developed with PowerBuilder and Visual Basic utilizing the MapObjects Active X control from ESRI. GeoNorth was the first company to create an online interactive mapping application using ESRI's MapObjects Internet Map Server (MOIMS) and the first to develop a ColdFusion based client application for ArcIMS. In 2003, GeoNorth became the first company worldwide to develop an ArcObjects based spatial server, long before the release of ArcGIS Server.

On January 1, 2000, GeoNorth became one of a select few ESRI Strategic Alliance Partners – at the time the only one focused on web products and services. Under this partnership, GeoNorth collaborated with ESRI development teams and participated in the development of ArcIMS. In March 2000 GeoNorth was named the ESRI Foundation Partner of the Year for the Northwest Region in recognition of long-term excellence in developing Solutions based on ESRI core technologies. GeoNorth has continued this tradition by providing innovative solutions and services.
